We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Network Engineer to join us at our unique Head Office in Renfrew, which includes our state-of-the-art gym with weekly circuit training, a personal trainer and yoga classes as well as the Beeks Bar or weekly masseuse to help you unwind!
About the Role
The Graduate Network Engineer is responsible for diagnosing and resolving both routine and complex issues across networks, hardware, and operating systems, ensuring a system uptime of 99.99%. Due to the global scope of our operations, engineers work on a rotating shift schedule to provide customers with 24/7 support.
In this role, you will also gain hands-on experience with service software and contribute to the development and deployment of new applications as you grow within the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor internal and production systems, escalating issues and paging L2 Engineers as needed.
- Handle incidents promptly and effectively, collaborating with Engineering, Support, QA, and other teams in line with established processes and procedures.
- Accurately document problem descriptions and provide detailed diagnostic information in accordance with standard practices.
- Review and update problem statuses within the trouble-ticketing system.
- Contribute to maintaining Operations documentation, including support guides, knowledge base articles, and procedural documentation.
- Participate in the smooth transfer of information between shifts to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications & Experience
- This is an entry level role - you will be required to demonstrate technical knowledge acquired by academic qualifications, such as a degree in Networking or related subject.
