Account Executive - LATAM

Role Overview
The Account Executive, LATAM will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships across the LATAM region. You will own your own accounts, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and be responsible for developing long-term partnerships in your region. You will proactively identify new business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions to client challenges, and consistently achieve sales targets.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong market knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the LATAM region.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, brokers and exchanges.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions from Beeks’ product offering
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to Beeks’ regional growth strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Represent Beeks at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.
Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategic direction.
Regular collaboration with the Glasgow HQ Technical Teams including our 24/7 Network Operation Centre (NOC)
Requirements
Proven track record in sales within financial tech, cloud services, financial infrastructure, or related industries.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish
Strong network and established relationships within financial services
Deep understanding of the LATAM financial markets landscape and regional business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global sales team.
Willingness to travel across the region as required.
